Eligibility for Free Delivery
1. Radius Coverage: Free delivery is available for addresses that are located within 10 kilometres of any Battery Exchange centre. To determine if your address is within the eligible radius, you can use our online radius checker tool available on our website or contact our customer service team.
2. Order Placement: To qualify for free delivery, ensure payment is made via the website and that your delivery address falls within the specified 10-kilometre range at the time of placing your order.

3. Delivery Scheduling: Orders eligible for free delivery will be scheduled for dispatch within 1-2 business days. Our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

Standard Shipping Rates

For deliveries beyond the 10-kilometer radius, standard shipping rates will apply. These rates are calculated based on the distance from the nearest Battery Exchange centre and the weight of your order. You can find detailed shipping rates and options during the checkout process on our website.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Battery Exchange, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

1. Return Window: You may return any battery within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
2. Exchange Conditions: Batteries can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase for a different model, if they are unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for any price difference.

3. Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the battery was received damaged or defective.

Fitment and Warranty Policy
​
1. Non-Fitment by Battery Exchange: If the battery is not fitted by our fitment center, and there is an issue with the unit, there is no guarantee that we will replace the battery. Any issues arising from improper installation are not covered under our return and warranty policy.

2. Fitment by Battery Exchange: If the battery is fitted by Battery Exchange, your battery will qualify for our standard warranty policy in case of an unlikely unit failure. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Batteries fitted by Battery Exchange automatically qualify for a future discount. When your battery eventually needs replacement, you will receive a guaranteed 15% off your replacement battery. This discount is a token of our appreciation for choosing our professional fitment service.

3. Warranty Sticker: Ensure the warranty sticker remains intact on the battery. The code on the sticker must match the number we have in our database to validate your warranty and future discount eligibility. This is crucial for verifying your purchase and fitment history a few years from now.

Steps for Returns & Exchanges
1. Initiate the Process: Contact our customer service team at the Exchange centre where you purchased the battery, either through our online platform or directly at the Exchange centre.
​
2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the battery.
​
3. Shipping the Battery: Pack the battery securely, including the RAN and proof of purchase, and ship it to the address provided by our exchange centre.
​
4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned battery, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Approved exchanges will be processed, and the new battery will be shipped to you promptly.
